This workshop takes place in my own colourful studio set in the Somerset countryside with views to Alfreds Tower Kingsettle Hill near Bruton.
During this session you will learn how to create a RISO poster inspired by nature using a mix of gathered foliage and imagery. You will learn about this colourful process and create your own A4 prints, think colour, pattern, shape, and nature.
This workshop is suitable for all, whether you are new to the process or have completed an introduction workshop.
During this workshop you will first learn about the RISO process and have an introduction to the printer. This will be followed by experimental collage, using scanned foraged materials and imagery. You will then be guided through the design stage exploring composition and layers. You will also have the opportunity to add text.
Having been wowed by the colourful RISO process you will then create your personal poster design. You will design and print an A3 two or three colour print.
Places for this workshop are limited to allow you one to one advice and guidance.
You will be skipping home with 5 of your own colourful A3 posters.
